Not much is known about The Sunstrokes. They released several records throughout the sixties on Playtex which later became D’Swan records. They also worked regularly with Danny Subido of The Moonstrucks. Here we have their version of “Proud Mary” first recorded by Creedence Clearwater Revival in 1969 and also Ike and Tina Turner in 1971.
