Tillie Moreno was born in Manila and became interested in music and performing at the young age of eleven. She began her career in the early 70s as member of the hugely successful Circus Band and also as a member of Lovelife. She continues to perform to this day in the Philippines and abroad. Here we have “Saan” a pop/ballad with Jazzy sensibilities but its the b-side “What About Me” where she shows her true vocal prowess, gospel like. Listen here…
