Based on the Filipino tradition of kamayan, Filipino for “eating with your hands” where the food is placed at the centre of a long banana leaf-lined table and eaten family style.

We will be offering 2 banana leaf lined platter options for a minimum of 2 people to share, cutlery optional of course!

With an all vinyl soundtrack of Filipino rare grooves c/o DJ Pinoy Grooves all the way til midnight.

MENU:
Choice of either the meat or veggie platter

All platters will be served with jasmine rice, a selection of Filipino dipping sauces and Atchara pickle

Rolled & stuffed pork belly cooked slowly over charcoal
Chicken Inasal
Grilled boneless chicken thighs marinated in calamansi, coconut vinegar & annatto
BBQ Pork Skewers
Marinated in calamansi lime, soy sauce, garlic, ginger, banana ketchup

Pulled Jackfruit Adobo
Jackfruit slow braised in soy, cain vinegar, garlic & bay leaves
