Another great set of Soul / Funk covers from the Pinoy group Lovelife. This is the only 45 I have come across of theirs taken from the Disco compilation Dynamic Disco. They also make an appearance on Dynamic Disco – Non Stop 2.

‘Hey, There Little Firefly’ is a cover of a Kenny Nolan produced 1975 Disco / Soul song by Firefly and also release by Disco Tex & The Sex-O-Lettes masterminded by Bob Crewe and Kenny Nolan and headed by disco – Las Vegas glamorous celebrity Sir Monti Rock III.

‘Do It Any Way You Wanna’ is a cover of the 1975 crossover hit by the Philadelphia-based R&B/dance group, People’s Choice, written and produced by Leon Huff.
